The Sacred Pause Retreat is scheduled for March 2nd to 8th, 2025, at Sol Sanctuary in Costa Rica. This retreat offers a transformative experience aimed at nourishing the soul and fostering personal growth. Participants will engage in daily meditations, yoga sessions, creative activities, and energy management practices, all set against the serene backdrop of Costa Rica's natural beauty. The retreat emphasizes self-care, connection with nature, and building a supportive sisterhood among attendees. As of December 19, 2024, only two spaces remain available.
